Q: What should I do if my MagicalButter machine requires warranty-related service or repair?
A: Hydro Experts provide a one-year warranty for all Magical Butter products starting from the purchase date. If you require assistance, kindly reach out to our support team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Is it acceptable to utilize Canola or Extra Virgin Olive Oil with my Magical Butter Machine?
A: No, it is not advisable. Canola, extra virgin, soybean, corn oil, etc., possess a lower saturated fat content, resulting in reduced absorption. Moreover, these oils lack medium-chain triglycerides, making them less effective as solvents for extraction. For optimal results, we suggest opting for coconut oil instead!
Q: Which type of coconut oil is most recommended?
A: Liquid unrefined coconut oil is the preferred choice, preferably organic if available.
Q: How to clean the MagicalButter machine?
A: The machine features a cleaning functionality/button. After completing your infusion, it is advisable to perform a pre-rinse to eliminate any sizable plant matter residue inside the machine. Subsequently, fill the machine with water until it reaches halfway between the 2 and 5 cup marks, and add a small amount of dish soap, approximately the size of a penny. Set the machine to run the clean cycle. Once the cycle is complete, rinse the machine thoroughly, and either air dry or buff it before storing it away.
