Aqua One Pond One O2 Plus Air Blowers from Pond One are specifically designed for outdoor use and are resistant to the perils that extreme weather can throw at them. Fitted with a 10m cable, installation is made simple in comparison to other models around.

Aqua One Pond One O2 Plus 4000, 8000 and 12000 air machines are extremely powerful units. With outputs of 35, 70 and 110 litres per minute these are suitable for seriously large ponds or filters to stimulate aerobic activity or simply to add more oxygen to multiple points around the pond. With the design based upon the Aqua One indoor units, quietness is a given. Outlet size is 1/2 inch.

Each unit comes with a 10 gang splitter allowing multiple air stones to be run simultaneously. The diaphragms of these pumps are Japanese silicone rubber cartridges which offer excellent reliability and life expectancy.

*To maximise the life of your pump, replace airstones* every 6-12 months. Avoid positioning the pump in a dusty or damp spot.

Q: How can I clean the pump's air filter?

A: Begin by taking off the filter cover and extracting both the woolen air filter and sponge. Lightly tap the filters on a hard surface to remove any dirt. If the sponge has accumulated a lot of dirt, rinse it with water. Ensure they're entirely dry before repositioning. Before setting up the pump back in place, plug it in and check its functionality.

Q: What could be causing my pump to produce noise?

A: First, ensure the pump isn't vibrating against any surfaces. Additionally, conduct the diagnostic steps highlighted in the "Pump is on, but no air output" section.

Q: My pump is running, but it's not emitting air. Why?

A: Ensure the airline isn't twisted or bent. Verify that the air filter isn't clogged, obscured, or soiled. Consider replacing the airstones. If you've recently set up the pump, adjust the airstones to a position nearer to the water surface. If air starts emerging, the pump might not be potent enough for its current depth. Lastly, carry out a pressure assessment as advised in the adjacent tips panel.

Q: Can I reuse the expanded Coco Peat?

A: Yes, with proper care and depending on plant type, it can be reused for multiple growth cycles.
