All the Aptus nutrients and additives bottles of 100ML, 5L & 20L do not come with a foil seal. This is because they contain organic material and some of these materials need to breathe from the vented cap they put on.

Aptus Bloomboost is an additive used throughout the entirety of the fruiting and flowering periods of a plants lifespan.

Bloomboost contains a blend of plant available elements including potassium, sulfur, and boron that work together to increase fruit/flower size, fibre mass and quality.

Aptus has designed this product to provide these three elements in precise amounts at desired times during the plants’ reproductive cycles to maximise harvests.

Bloomboost is an excellent all-in-one health additive for your plants during their reproductive phase of growth. Using Bloomboost throughout the fruiting and flowering phases of growth allows for increased flower setting, larger harvests, and heightened aroma of end products.

WHY USE BLOOMBOOST?

  • Precursor to the healthy formation of chlorophyll for optimal photosynthetic activity during the bloom phase allowing for healthy growth and maturation.
  • Contains elements crucial to the formation of certain oils and volatile compounds within plants.
  • Assists in the development of a healthy reproductive system within the plant. This includes heavy flower setting as well as healthy pollen and seed formation for breeders.
  • Increases trichome and terpene production.

EDUCATION

Potassium provided by BLOOMBOOST works to form healthy fibrous fruits and flowers. The underlying amount of slight but constant potassium is designed by APTUS based on Dr. Albreicht’s theories of mineral antagonism to give the benefit of potassium’s effects in initial flower development.

Sulphur is a crucial component in the formation of proteins, certain plant hormones and aids in the formation of certain oils and volatile compounds found in some plants.

The additional sulphur encourages your plants’ natural genetic expression, enhancing their aroma and taste by increasing terpenes and flavonoids.

The last element in BLOOMBOOST, boron, works to preserve the integrity of various membranes within the plant allowing for increased structural integrity during flower development.

Add BLOOMBOOST to your reservoir every feeding from the second week of the flowering stage until harvest. BLOOMBOOST can be continued until harvest with no negative affect on quality and flavour.

Q: What exactly is BLOOMBOOST? Is it a PK liquid?

A: BLOOMBOOST is an advanced bio-stimulant that boasts a rich composition of Potassium (K) – instrumental for plant ripening and densification. Additionally, it incorporates Sulphur, which enhances flavour, and L-amino acids. This harmonious blend amplifies a plant's genetic potential.

Q: Can BLOOMBOOST be used on farms with organic certification?

A: Certainly! We are equipped to provide organic certification for commercial farms that wish to use BLOOMBOOST.

Q: How advantageous is it to foliar spray with BLOOMBOOST during the flowering stage?

A: Absolutely beneficial! Using biostimulants like BLOOMBOOST via foliar spraying in the initial two weeks of the flowering phase can work wonders for flower set and overall plant growth. For optimal results, we advocate the combined foliar application of FASiLITOR and BLOOMBOOST at least twice weekly during the initial flowering fortnight.

Q: Is BLOOMBOOST suitable for my recirculating system?

A: Yes, BLOOMBOOST can integrate into a recirculating system. However, be mindful of the organic compounds, as they can lead to biofilm formation, necessitating more frequent cleaning. Many hydroponic cultivators prefer adding BLOOMBOOST to their reservoir just a day or two before refreshing the feed water, minimizing biofilm accumulation. If biofilm is a concern, we suggest exploring our CLEAN Program. Caution: For those utilizing a Deep Water Culture System, please refrain from introducing BLOOMBOOST directly. Due to the organic compounds, it's best used as a foliar spray in such setups.

Q: Can BLOOMBOOST complement the CLEAN PROGRAM?

A: It can, but the suitability largely depends on your cultivation substrate and method. For instance, rockwool-based grows might not benefit. If you operate a fertigation system, we advise restricting BLOOMBOOST's usage to once a week. Many commercial growers treasure the advantages of bio-stimulants like BLOOMBOOST but also prioritize a clean fertigation system. For this cohort, we suggest a singular weekly feed with BLOOMBOOST, balancing plant nourishment with system cleanliness. Regular, limited use in fertigation systems can stave off biofilm accumulation.

Q: Is BLOOMBOOST a good fit for my organic vegetable garden?

A: Most definitely! BLOOMBOOST is a versatile supplement, catering splendidly to a myriad of plant species, with a special affinity for flowering and fruit-bearing varieties.
