With a maximum flow rate of 1250L/H and a generous 6.8L filter volume, the BioMaster Thermo 600 combines highly effective biological filtration using Hel-X filter media with mechanical-biological filtration through filter sponges. Optimised water routing and the updated connection system provide a 25% increase in flow rate compared with the predecessor model.

Installation and maintenance are designed to be straightforward. A practical priming button assists with water intake for fast startup after installation or cleaning, while the shut-off mechanism and safety valve help prevent unintended water leakage when disconnecting the filter from the aquarium water circuit.
